• Experience working in an agile environment
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, people coaching, communication and change management skills
• Experience with developing within cloud echo system
• Experience with designing a microservices based architecture, CI and deployment
• Experience with data driven environment
• Proven experience in collaborating with other departments in the product funnel
