• Lead complex HW/SW projects from initiation to commercial launch.
  • Maintain and manage engagement with customers on an on-going basis, including real-time problem solving.
  • Hold regular technical & customer meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
  • Prepare and present status updates to senior management and different customer/internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Managing project’s scope and timeline, tracking milestones, managing KPIs and key dependencies.
  • Work closely with R&D, Engineering, Operations and business teams worldwide.
  • Perform reviews of various project activities to identify and highlight risks and develops appropriate contingency plans.
  • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities, action items, and integration points for specific projects or initiatives.



  • At least 3 years of project management experience with complex technological projects involving significant customer facing.
  • International experience and ability to interact successfully in different cultures.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Result-oriented, able to work accurately on multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew, both verbal and in writing.
  • Fast learner, detail-oriented and able to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Energized team player with a “can-do” mindset.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technological area.
  • R&D/Operational/Engineering background.
  • Experience with MS Project, Monday, Jira.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP,etc.) – an advantage.
