We are looking for an experienced Customer/Partner Success Manager who will drive growth and business success with our strategic customers and partners.

The candidate must have experience in global customer/channel success operations in a high-tech environment.

Your Day to Day

In this position, you will be responsible for developing long-term, successful relationships with our strategic partners and customers. You will drive customer satisfaction and growth by being our partner’s trusted advisor, proactively solving their issues, and acting as the liaison between the partners and cross-functional internal teams.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand their business and functional needs and work with the team to deliver the right solutions.
  • Identify business opportunities with customers to improve retention and promote growth.
  • Be responsible for keeping customers satisfied and delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis
  • Actively communicate product capabilities, new features and functionalities, and progress in a professional manner
  • Have a deep understanding of our customer’s business environment, challenges, and customer base and represent the voice of the customers to provide feedback, insights, and needs into product improvement.
  • Work closely, manage and monitor progress with the various internal interfaces (sales, R&D, Technical engineer, logistics, technical support, vehicle engineer etc.)
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Take a leading role in building our customer success practice and drive customer satisfaction

Required Skills & experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or partner management for a global high-tech (SaaS) company.
  • Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs in a highly technological environment.
  • Business oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Independent and a quick learner, with multitasking and prioritization capabilities.
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, team player.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, like Business Management, Information Technology,  Industrial Engineering, etc.
  • Excellent English
